"Warming a Child"

The "Warming a Child" project was made possible due to the financial support of the "Millennium" brand and the Informational-Transport Agency "Merci," the "Artworld" Charitable Fund, in cooperation with the Kharkov Regional Administration and Governor L.A. Belovoy, and the Local Entrepreneurs of Kharkov's Children's Services.

In the course of this endeavor charitable aid was given to orphans, children deprived of parental care, and children living in difficult circumstances, according to information provided by the Children's Services branch of the Kharkov City Council.
