"Warming a Child"

The "Warming a Child" project was made possible due to the financial support of the "Millennium" brand and the Informational-Transport Agency "Merci," the "Artworld" Charitable Fund, in cooperation with the Kharkov Regional Administration and Governor L.A. Belovoy, and the Local Entrepreneurs of Kharkov's Children's Services.

These coats were given to children from:

• Kharkov Region Children's Shelter,
• Regional Home for Children No. 2,
• Zelenogaysk Children's Home.

This project also featured a trip to the city of Krasnokutsk that was accomplished with the help of the Children's Affairs Service of the Kharkov Regional Administration. Coats and other items were handed out to the children in:

• Krasnokutsk Children's Boarding House
• Krasnokutsk Preschool Children's Home

Thanks to the assistance of a local social service for families and the handicapped of the Lenin district, winter coats were also supplied to low-income families with multiple children.
